For the topping we had in the pizza we had a few nights ago we put lots of green and red chillies finely sliced. Don't worry about adding too many chillies because the flavour is greatly reduced after cooking.  Don't try to tast any of the chillies raw unless you want hiccups! We also added some black olives, some cherry tomatoes, sliced in half. There were also a few basil leaves and a ball of mozzarella spared over two pizzas. It was a stuffed crust pizza that we bought from the supermarket.
