This morning I made some lemon buns. I iced them with orange colourd icing.
I topped it with honeycomb and spun sugar.

    1. To make honeycomb you add 5 tablespoons of golden syrup into a pan with 200 grams of sugar. You heat over the gas until the ingredients have melted together. Try not to let the mixture bubble. When melted turn up the heat and let the mixture bubble for a few seconds then add two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda, beat a couple of times then pour in to a pre-greased pan. Let it cool for an hour or so the break it up and enjoy!
