This is what I had for lunch. I cut up some courgette in to small pieces and I also made some courgette ribbons with a potato peeler. I heated up a some oil in a pan, then I added salt and pepper. After that I put in the courgette and cooked them until they had shrivelled up a little bit and some had got crispy on the outside.
