Mum and I made bhajias this morning for her to take out. She is planning to go to hill with bluebells and trees. Here is how we made the bhajias. first we grated a potato and an onion in the food processor with a grater attachment. then we measured out a cup of gram flour and sieved it in to a bowl. After that we added two teaspoons of coriander powder, one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of cumin. we also added one teaspoon of baking power and a tablespoon of self-raising flour. Then we mixed it all up and deep fried it until the were golden brown. we eat them by their self with a dip of tomato ketchup.
